To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Products that are damaged, used, or not in resalable condition will not be eligible for return.

Certain items such as personal care products, perishables, or items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will guide you through the return process, including pick-up or self-shipping instructions (where applicable).
3. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

If the payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be issued to your designated bank account.
4. Exchanges

We currently allow exchanges only for defective or damaged products.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was delivered.

Shipping fees (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
